The agricultural operations arm of our family of companies, Farm Properties is responsible for the stewardship and operation of our 100-acre farm in Clarksburg, NY (a hamlet located in Eden, NY.) and the apple orchards being raised at Walden Ave. This includes the management of the land in Clarksburg and the care of our orchards (wherever they are located).
4493 Walden Ave, LLC. represents the real estate holdings of our 17-acre campus located at 4493 Walden Ave in Lancaster, NY. The company is the landlord for our four other operational companies at Walden, including the main tenants of our largest building for FARM and Pathfinder, the land and cidery for Clarksburg Cider Co., and the burgeoning orchards that are cared for by Farm Properties. The company also has an easement on an additional 13 adjacent acres that provides room for expansion of our businesses and orchards.
