4493 Walden Ave, LLC.<\/b><\/span> represents the real estate holdings of our 17-acre campus located at 4493 Walden Ave in Lancaster, NY.\u00a0 <\/span>The company is the landlord for our four other operational companies at Walden, including the main tenants of our largest building for FARM and Pathfinder, the land and cidery for Clarksburg Cider Co., and the burgeoning orchards that are cared for by Farm Properties.
